Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your artwork! Please read below for our policy on refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our artwork are either made on order or are one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Original artwork

  • Custom commissions

  • Limited-edition or other products.

Please note that all purchases are final.

I am not responsible for any issues that arise during shipping, including lost, damaged, or mishandled packages caused by the courier.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please take a moment to double-check that your shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I’m happy to re-ship it—however, a new delivery and handling fee will apply.

If your address is correct but you suspect the package was lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly. Unfortunately, I’m unable to intervene in such situations.
